Customers also have the option of ordering online via the QuickB2B Customer Login Add an Order portal. This can be used instead of the phone app but has less features than the app.
Its basically only used to place an order.
To find the link to the Customer Add an Order page go to your order management panel and navigate to
Settings/ Company Details
Under Customer Web Module Url you will see a link.
Copy and paste this link and email it to your customers.
Your customers use the same login credentials as they use for logging into the phone app.
If you have a website, you can also use the above URL to create a Order Online link to any button or menu. Your webmaster should be able to do this very easily.
