Lost Passwords

Order Management Panel
If you need a new password to log into the order management panel click on Forgot Password?

An email with a new password will be sent to the email address listed in Settings/ Admin Settings under the User Profile.

Change your password- log into the order management panel and navigate to Settings, Admin Settings. Enter your current password then enter your new password and confirm it. Click save to activate the new password


Phone App Branded

Lost Password
If your customers have lost/ forgotten their password and need a new password to log into their phone app advise them to click on
Forgot Password?

An email with a new password will be sent to the email address listed in the email field for Business Details in the customer profile.

Change Password
If your customers want to change their password, they will need to click on the menu icon and select Account Details. Scroll to the bottom and click on Change Password. They will need to enter their current password, a new password and confirm the new password.  Click save to activate.

If the customer is an outlet then they dont have permission to change the password and the Change Password link will NOT appear. The Parent Customer/ Company will need to edit the password.

Lost Password
To get to the LOST PASSWORD link, your customer will need to enter your Supplier Code first and click continue. To be issued with a new password they will then need to click on LOST PASSWORD

An email with a new password will be sent to the email address listed in the email field for Business Details in the customer profile.

Change Password
NOTE: If more than one supplier is listed in their app they will need to select the supplier first before changing their password.

They can change their password by clicking on the menu icon and selecting Account Details. Scroll to the bottom and click on Change Password. They will need to enter their current password, a new password and confirm the new password.  Click save to activate.

 

To Log in
To log in you will need your Supplier Code then your username and password provided in the email you recived when your accoutn was approved.
