Click on the pencil icon in the receivables column of the purchase order you require to edit/ check.

Click on Save Changes or  Save & Close

4. If you receive an invoice with the goods, enter the invoice price in the Price Invoiced column.
Click on Save Changes or  Save & Close

Any differences between the values for both quantities and prices are shown in red. Completed receivables can be exported as purchase orders to your Xero accounting software, via an API.

NOTE: THE MYOB API DOES NOT SUPPORT QUANTITIES RECEIVED WHEN EXPORTING A PURCHASE ORDER. IT WILL ONLY SHOW THE QUANTITY ORDERED AT THE TIME THE PO WAS GENERATED

Select the PO and click on the Export to Xero/MYOB button
These will then appear in Purchase Orders approved in your Xero and in MYOB they appear in purchases/purchases register/orders tab

You can also mark these as paid if required
